09:25 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Capital (OWL) said Monday it completed the acquisition of IPI Partners, a digital infrastructure fund manager.

IPI had assets under management of more than $11 billion as of Sept. 30, 2024, Blue Owl said.

Blue Owl previously said in October 2024 it was buying IPI Partners from ICONIQ Capital and Iron Point Partners affiliates for about $1 billion.

Shares were edging 0.2% higher ahead of Monday's opening bell.
