03:14 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Capital (OWL) and Lunate Capital bought a minority stake in Linden Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on health care.

The passive investment was by a joint venture between Blue Owl's GP Strategic Capital platform and Lunate, an alternative investment manager, Chicago-based Linden said Tuesday in a statement.

Terms weren't disclosed.
