08:40 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Capital's (OWL) Digital Infrastructure acquired Florida-based fiber infrastructure provider South Reach Networks for an undisclosed amount, the latter said Tuesday.

South Reach Networks said that Scott Bergs will become its chief executive officer following the completion of the deal. Bergs will assume the position and also continue to serve as CEO of Dark Fiber and Infrastructure, another Blue Owl portfolio company, South Reach Networks said.
