Blue Sky Closes $409,698 2nd Tranche Non-Brokered Private Placement

12:51 PM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Sky Uranium ( BKUCF ) Wednesday said it closed a second tranche of a private placement, issuing 6.82-million units at $0.06 per unit for $409,698.

The company has issued 27.36-million units for $1.64 million to date.

Each unit consists of a share and a transferrable warrant, to buy an additional share for $0.075.

The company intends to use the proceeds for general working capital.

Blue Sky shares were last seen down $0.003 to $0.058 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
