TORONTO, March 26 (Reuters) - Bank of Montreal ( NRGD )
has hired Joe Kostandoff from CIBC to co-head its global
equity capital markets team as veteran Peter Miller will move to
a vice chair role, according to a memo seen by Reuters.
Here are some details:
* Kostandoff will partner with Eric Benedict to lead the
bank's global ECM team and report to Carrie Cook, the bank's
global head of investment & corporate banking.
* Kostandoff comes from CIBC, where he spent the last 22
years, most recently as co-head of equity solutions and equity
capital markets.
* Miller, who served as the co-head of global ECM for 17
years, will focus on client relationships and overall platform
leadership in his new role, the memo said.
* The changes are effective June 22, according to the memo.
* BMO did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
