05:15 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boardwalktech Software ( BWLKF ) on Monday said it will proceed with a non-brokered private placement of share warrant to raise $1.5 million.

The company will up to 42.86-million units priced at C$0.035 and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.05.

Boardwalktech said it intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The company's shares closed unchanged at C$0.035 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
