04:32 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boardwalktech Software ( BWLKF ) said Monday afternoon it is partnering with Scadea Software Solutions to market Boardwalktech's software solutions.

Scadea will provide data management and visibility solutions using the Boardwalk Platform, and its Velocity and Unity Central applications, focusing on financial services and manufacturing, the company said.

Boardwalktech will earn license revenue from selected customers, while Scadea will receive revenue from professional services and a referral fee from initial licenses, the company added.

The company's shares last traded Oct.24, closing at $0.145 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
