04:36 PM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boardwalktech Software ( BWLKF ) after trade Wednesday said its fiscal second-quarter loss was unchanged despite a drop in revenue.

The company said it lost $0.7 million, or $0.01 per share, in the quarter ended Sept.30, unchanged from the year-prior period.

Revenue fell to US$1.28 million from 2024, down 16% from $1.53 million a year earlier.

"We continue to execute on our updated strategy and positioning established at the beginning of this year," said chief executive Andrew Duncan. "In the banking sector, the Velocity product continues to grow within our largest customer, a top 5 U.S. bank."

The company's shares closed up $0.005 to $0.135 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
