Bob's Discount Furniture Shares Rise in NYSE Debut

02:18 PM EST, 02/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bob's Discount Furniture (BOBS) shares rose over 3% in recent trading Thursday after pricing its initial public offering of 19.5 million shares at $17 per share.

The company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday, after pricing its IPO at the lower end of its previously estimated range of $17 to $19 per share.

The underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 2.9 million shares from an existing stockholder, the company said Wednesday.

The offering is expected to close on Friday, subject to customary closing conditions, according to a statement.
