12:02 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) said Tuesday it delivered 44 commercial airplanes in June, up from 24 in May.
The company said that during June it delivered 35 planes of the 737 model series, as well as five 777 freighters, three planes of the 787 family, and one 767.
For Q2, Boeing ( BA ) said it delivered 92 commercial planes, taking the total so far this year to 175. Boeing ( BA ) delivered 83 commercial planes in Q1.
The company also said it delivered 28 aircraft in Q2 for defense, space and security programs, taking the total to 42 aircraft for the year.
The company's shares were down 0.3% in recent trading.
