Boeing Fighter Jet Workers go on Strike After Rejecting 4-Year Labor Agreement
Aug 4, 2025 1:41 AM

04:20 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Roughly 3,200 union members who assemble Boeing's ( BA ) fighter jets in the St. Louis area and Illinois went on strike Monday after rejecting a modified four-year labor agreement, the International Association of Machinists said Sunday.

The rejected four-year contract would have increased the average wage by about 40%, among other benefits, Reuters reported, citing the plane maker.

Boeing ( BA ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
