July 31 (Reuters) - Boeing ( BA ) has resumed contract

talks with the union representing roughly 3,200 factory workers

at Boeing's ( BA ) defense division, mostly in the St. Louis area,

Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.

Members of the International Association of Machinists and

Aerospace Workers overwhelmingly rejected a contract offer from

Boeing ( BA ) on Sunday.
