June 28 (Reuters) - Boeing ( BA ) is in talks with the

U.S. Justice Department seeking to resolve potential charges

stemming from two fatal crashes of its 737 Max jetliners,

Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with

the negotiations.
