06:05 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) has presented its final contract offer covering about 17,000 aerospace professionals, the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, or SPEEA, said Thursday.

SPEEA said its teams are endorsing the proposed four-year agreements for about 13,000 engineers and scientists in the Professional bargaining unit and about 4,000 technicians, analysts and planners in the Technical bargaining unit, citing improvements in compensation, work-life balance and other member priorities.

SPEEA said its bargaining unit councils will review the proposals next week before making recommendations to members.

Members will vote on the agreements after the review process, with the election date to be announced later, the union said.
