March 13 (Reuters) - Boeing ( BA ) is repairing as many as 25 undelivered 737 MAX jets with wiring flaws and said first-quarter deliveries could face delays, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The planemaker had earlier this week said its teams were fixing wires that have small scratches due to a machining error, but did not specify if the scratches were caused by a supplier or the company.
While some March deliveries will be delayed, the impact is not likely to be as extensive as the company had initially expected, the report said.
