March 13 (Reuters) - Boeing ( BA ) is repairing as many as 25 undelivered 737 MAX jets with wiring flaws and said first-quarter deliveries could face delays, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The planemaker had earlier this week said its teams were fixing ​wires that have small scratches due to a machining ⁠error, but did not specify if the scratches were caused by a supplier or the company.

While some March deliveries will be delayed, the impact is not likely to be as extensive as the company had initially expected, the report said.
