10:57 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) revised the perks and other personal benefits figures for four executives for 2021 and 2022 following a review that the company started in 2023, according to an April 5 proxy filing.
"We found certain items, primarily aircraft and ground transportation costs, for [Chief Executive David Calhoun, Chief Financial Officer Brian West, former commercial chief Stanley Deal and defense chief Theodore Colbert III] during 2022 and 2021 that were not previously classified as perquisites by the company but should have been classified as such in accordance with SEC rules and guidance," Boeing ( BA ) said in the filing.
The aircraft maker said that for Calhoun, it revised amounts reported for perks for 2022 and 2021 to include additional incremental costs of $92,965 and $49,350, respectively, for use of company aircraft.
The revision also includes costs of $23,817 and $22,455 for 2022 and 2021 for ground transportation services, lodging, meals and incidental expenses, and, for 2021 only, expenses related to relocation, Boeing ( BA ) said.
Calhoun is set to step down as Boeing's ( BA ) CEO at the end of 2024.
