08:21 AM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing's ( BA ) departing Chief Executive David Calhoun received a total compensation of about $32.8 million in 2023, up from his $22.6 million pay package in 2022, according to a regulatory filing Friday.

Calhoun, who announced his resignation from the company in March amid concerns about Boeing ( BA ) planes' quality, earned $1.4 million in base salary and about $30.2 million in securities, according to the filing.

In a note in the filing, Boeing ( BA ) said Calhoun declined any performance-based incentive bonuses for 2023.
