09:56 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) has signed an agreement with South Korean airline Air Premia for a landing gear exchange program, the latter said Wednesday.

Under the agreement, Air Premia will exchange landing gears needing to be overhauled with spare landing gears from Boeing ( BA ). Air Premia said the agreement will help it avoid long maintenance downtimes, minimize disruptions, and reduce investment in spare assets. Boeing ( BA ) owns exclusive licensing rights for the 787-9 landing gears.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
