Boeing to Sell Ethiopian Airlines Up to 20 777-9 Passenger Jets

11:30 AM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) and Ethiopian Airlines said Tuesday the companies agreed to an airplane purchase deal for eight 777-9 passenger aircraft.

The transaction includes the potential purchase of up to 12 additional airplanes, the companies said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
