02:14 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing's ( BA ) defense workers represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 837 in St. Louis, Missouri will vote on a revised four-year strike settlement offer on Friday, according to a union statement.

The proposal includes a 20% wage increase, a $10,000 signing bonus, and a 100% match by the company on the first 8% of employee 401(k) contributions, the union said Tuesday.

The union said that the strike will continue if Boeing ( BA ) declines the offer.

Boeing ( BA ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
