BofA to buy $9 billion residential mortgage loan from Canada's TD, source says

(Reuters) - Bank of America has agreed to buy a $9 billion portfolio of residential mortgage loans from Canadian lender Toronto-Dominion Bank, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.
