Bogota Financial Receives Regulatory Nod to Repurchase Up to 5% of Common Stock

09:24 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bogota Financial ( BSBK ) said Tuesday that it has received regulatory approval to repurchase up to roughly 5% of its common stock for an undisclosed price.

Shares may be repurchased in the open market or through private transactions, the company said.
