Bold Eagle Acquisition Closes $250 Million IPO

04:33 PM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bold Eagle Acquisition (BEAG) said Friday it closed a $250 million initial public offering of its shares.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one Eagle Share Right to receive one twentieth of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination, the blank check company said.
