Bombardier Could Hit Defense Revenue Target Ahead of 2030, Says RBC
Oct 3, 2025 10:16 AM

12:46 PM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- South Korea has selected L3Harris to provide four Bombardier Global 6500-based "Phoenix" airborne early warning (AEW) aircraft under its U $2.2 billion E-X Phase 2 program, running through 2032.

RBC views this announcement as a meaningful positive for Bombardier (BBD-D.TO), reinforcing the growing demand for its defense aircraft, particularly within the Airborne Early Warning (AEW) segment.

"As these platforms continue to gain traction, we think Bombardier could reach its $1-$1.5B defense revenue target ahead of the 2030 timeline," RBC notes.
