08:04 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plane maker Bombardier (BBD-A.TO, BBD-B.TO) overnight Thursday said it has priced its offering of US$250 million of senior notes due 2033.

The additional notes will be a further issuance of, and form a single series with, the existing $500 million of 6.75% senior notes due 2033 that were originally issued on May 29. They will be sold at 103.500% plus accrued interest from May 29 to the issue date and will carry a coupon of 6.75% per annum.

The issuance is expected to close on or about Sept. 18. Bombardier said proceeds, together with cash on hand, will be used to repay or retire outstanding debt and to pay accrued interest, fees and expenses.

Shares of the company closed down about 1% at $155.38 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
