Booz Allen Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Annual Outlook Revised -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:09 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Booz Allen Hamilton Holding ( BAH ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $1.49 per diluted share, compared with $1.81 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.51.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.89 billion, compared with $3.15 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.97 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $5.45 to $5.65 on revenue of $11.3 billion to $11.5 billion. Analysts are looking for $6.30 and $12.06 billion, respectively.

Booz Allen previously projected full-year adjusted EPS at $6.20 to $6.55 on revenue of $12 billion to $12.5 billion.

The company's shares were down 9.9% in recent premarket activity.
