03:33 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Booz Allen Hamilton ( BAH ) said late Wednesday that Cisco ( CSCO ) has completed its acquisition of SnapAttack, the cyber-security firm that was spun out of Booz Allen in 2021 and in which it continued to retain an investment.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

SnapAttack was incubated and launched publicly by Booz Allen Hamilton's ( BAH ) DarkLabs cyber division, the company said.
