07:53 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Booz Allen Hamilton ( BAH ) and Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) said Friday they have entered into a co-creation partnership to support US defense missions.

The collaboration will initially focus on modernizing information infrastructure and secure interoperability as well as enhancing integrated warfighting operations with data-driven systems "that improve collaboration and combined mission planning with U.S. allies and partners," according to a joint statement.

The partnership builds on prior collaborations and offers potential for further co-creation, intellectual property development, and teaming for various other missions, the companies said.

Booz Allen shares were up more than 3% while Palantir ( PLTR ) shares added 1.4% in recent premarket activity.
