09:49 AM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boqii ( BQ ) said Friday that it has stopped trading its American depositary shares and replaced them with class A ordinary shares following a one-for-160 reverse stock split starting the same day.

The ADSs were cancelled and automatically exchanged for new ordinary shares at a rate of 0.9375 new shares for each ADS, the company said.

The company said no fractional shares were issued, but rather that they were rounded up to the nearest whole share.

The company's shares were up nearly 7% in recent trading.
