09:41 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BorgWarner ( BWA ) said Wednesday that tender offers to purchase for cash its 3.375% senior notes due 2025 and 5.000% senior notes due 2025 concluded on Tuesday.

Holders tendered nearly $51 million of the 3.375% notes, or about 13.3% of the $384.5 million outstanding, the company said.

Holders also tendered about $65 million of the 5.000% notes, amounting to about 14.3% of the $453.2 million outstanding, the company said.

Payment for the tendered notes will be made on Friday, BorgWarner ( BWA ) said.
