BorgWarner Starts Tender Offers for Senior Notes Due 2025

12:33 PM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BorgWarner ( BWA ) said Wednesday it has commenced tender offers to purchase for cash its 3.375% senior notes due 2025 with about $384.5 million outstanding and 5.000% senior notes due 2025 with some $453.2 million outstanding.

The tender offers will expire Aug. 13, unless extended or earlier terminated, the company said.

Price: 32.10, Change: +0.24, Percent Change: +0.75
