10:44 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BorgWarner ( BWA ) said Thursday that it will redeem in full on Nov. 1 the outstanding $343.4 million aggregate principal amount of its 5% senior notes due 2025.

The company said the redemption is in accordance with the indenture's terms and the total redemption price includes 100% of the notes' principal amount plus the applicable premium comprising accrued and unpaid interest.
