08:42 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Borr Drilling ( BORR ) said Wednesday it received new commitments worth over $43 million in contract revenue backlog for two of its jack-up rigs.

The company said its Prospector 1 in the North Sea has received separate binding letters of award from Dana Petroleum and ONE-Dyas in the Netherlands. The company also said its Natt rig secured a contract with New Age in Congo.

Borr Drilling ( BORR ) also said a letter of agreement for the Odin rig in Mexico was converted into a contract and that the rig has started operations.

Shares of the company were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
