Boston Beer to Repurchase Up to $63 Million Shares

10:39 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boston Beer ( SAM ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing that it entered into a 10b5-1 plan to buy back up to $63 million of its class A shares from Sept. 30 to Dec. 27.

Boston Beer ( SAM ) shares were up more than 2% in recent trading.
