Boston Properties Q1 Funds From Operations Flat, Revenue Rises

05:37 PM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boston Properties ( BXP ) reported Q1 funds from operations late Tuesday of $1.73 per diluted share, flat from a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.72.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $839.4 million, up from $803.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $814.3 million.

The company said it expects Q2 FFO of $1.70 to $1.72 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.78.

Boston Properties ( BXP ) estimates full-year 2024 FFO of $6.98 to $7.10 per share, compared with $7.00 to $7.20 previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $7.13.
