09:26 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boston Scientific ( BSX ) said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of medical device company Silk Road Medical ( SILK ) .

The company said it paid $27.50 per share for Silk Road Medical ( SILK ) for an enterprise value of approximately $1.18 billion.

Boston Scientific ( BSX ) said the deal will not have a material impact on its adjusted earnings per share in 2024 and 2025.
