05:35 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bowen Acquisition ( BOWN ) said late Thursday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31.

The company has until July 28 to submit a plan to regain compliance.

Bowen said the notice has no immediate impact on the listing of its securities.
