05:18 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bowhead Specialty Holdings ( BOW ) said Wednesday it has priced a secondary public offering of 4 million common shares being offered by certain selling stockholders at $29 apiece.

The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares.

The offering is set to close Friday.

The company said it is not selling shares and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
