08:59 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting Group ( BWMN ) said Thursday it has acquired public-services consultancy FCS Group for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition was financed using a combination of cash, seller notes, and equity, the company said, adding it expects the acquisition to add about $7 million to its annualized net service billing run rate and anticipates immediate accretion.
