10:18 AM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting Group ( BWMN ) said Wednesday it has acquired Moore Consulting Engineers, a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services.

Bowman expects the acquisition to initially operate at a roughly $4 million annualized net service billing run rate.

The company's shares were up 3.9% in recent trading.
