10:54 AM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting Group ( BWMN ) said Friday it entered into a $100 million revolving credit agreement with Bank of America ( BAC ) acting as administrative agent and TD Bank (TD) as syndication agent.

The company said that the five-year agreement is replacing its $70 million revolving line of credit with Bank of America ( BAC ).

The general provisions of the credit lines are similar, the company said.
