04:20 PM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting ( BWMN ) said late Monday it received a $7 million contract from Seattle Public Utilities to design an infrastructure project in the Fauntleroy Creek watershed of West Seattle.

The multi-year project will replace a 376-foot-long culvert to improve flood mitigation, restore fish migration, and enhance climate resilience, according to a statement.

The company said design work will begin this year, with construction expected to be completed by 2031.
