Box Fiscal Q1 Tops Estimates, Issues Guidance

04:46 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Box (BOX) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.30 per diluted share, compared with $0.39 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $276.3 million, up from $264.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $275 million.

The company expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS to be between $0.30 and $0.31 on revenue of $290 million to $291 million. Analysts expected EPS of $0.28 on revenue of $284.5 million.

For fiscal 2026, it expects adjusted EPS of $1.22 to $1.26 on revenue of $1.165 billion to $1.170 billion. Analysts expected EPS of $1.19 on revenue of $1.15 billion.

Shares of the company were up over 10% in after-hours activity.
