Box Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP EPS Decreases, Revenue Rises

04:45 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Box (BOX) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.33 per diluted share, down from $0.44 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.31.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $294.0 million, up from $270.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $290.8 million.

The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.31 to $0.32 on revenue of $298 million to $299 million.

Analysts expected $0.32 and $297.5 million, respectively.

The company expects fiscal 2026 non-GAAP EPS of $1.26 to $1.28 on revenue of $1.170 billion to $1.175 billion.

Its previous guidance was for adjusted EPS of $1.22 to $1.26 and revenue of $1.165 billion to $1.170 billion.

Analysts expected $1.28 and $1.17 billion, respectively.
