Boyd Gaming Reports Data Breach After Cybersecurity Incident

06:01 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boyd Gaming ( BYD ) said Tuesday that an unauthorized third party recently accessed its internal IT system, removing information about employees and a limited number of other individuals.

Upon detecting the incident, the company said it responded with the assistance of external experts and in cooperation with federal law enforcement.

The company is currently notifying affected individuals. It added that it does not expect the incident to have a material adverse effect on its financial condition or its business operations.
