05:16 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BQE Water ( BTQNF ) , said Tuesday it renewed its operations-services agreement with Glencore Canada for water treatment at the Raglan Mine, a nickel operation located in Nunavik, Quebec.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement .with an option to extend, the joint venture with partner with partner Nuvumiut Developments, is responsible for clean water production for environmental discharge and meeting effluent quality that ensures the health of the pristine aquatic environment in the region, it said

BQE has operated at Raglan for 21 years. The scope of services under the new agreement remains unchanged from previous years.

The company's shares closed unchanged at $60.50 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
