08:44 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bragg Gaming ( BRAG ) said Thursday that it has formed an exclusive content partnership with RapidPlay, a Brazilian game development studio specializing in online casino content for Latin America.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The agreement states that Bragg will take an equity stake in RapidPlay and retain an option to acquire a controlling interest, as well as enter into an exclusive commercial distribution agreement in standard market terms, Bragg said.

Bragg said it will be able to integrate and offer RapidPlay's content portfolio through licensed Brazilian operators.
