05:30 PM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics ( BCLI ) said late Thursday its shares will be delisted from Nasdaq after it failed to comply with the minimum shareholder equity requirement.

Trading of its stock will be suspended at the open of trading on July 18, the firm said. It added that it has secured approval for its stock to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market Friday.

Shares were down over 40% during after-hours trading.
