Brainsway Pays $1 Million Milestone Payment to Axis Management

08:22 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brainsway ( BWAY ) said Thursday that it has completed a $1 million milestone investment in Axis Management, a management services firm that oversees mental health clinics in Colorado.

The company said the investment was triggered by Axis earning a set revenue milestone as part of a strategic equity financing agreement the companies signed in August.

Brainsway ( BWAY ) said that under the terms of the agreement, Brainsway ( BWAY ) owns a minority stake in Axis.
