BranchOut Food Closes $1.4 Million Public Offering

12:18 PM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BranchOut Food ( BOF ) said Friday it has closed its underwritten public offering of 1.75 million common shares at $0.80 apiece for gross proceeds of about $1.4 million.

The underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 262,500 additional shares at the public offering price, minus underwriting discounts, the company said.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of BranchOut Food ( BOF ) were up 5.6% in recent trading.

Price: 0.72, Change: +0.04, Percent Change: +5.59
